Fidgety Feet

This is a great class for this age group. The songs and activities to music are a great way to encourage the children to interact with the music and with each other. It's a very comfortable environment for the children where Sam just lets them become involved and join in at their own pace.

Fidgetyfeet is a superb class for pre-schoolers. It is varied, fun and Sam is brilliant with the kids. My daughter loves it and even does the dances and songs at home. It has also been a good way to meet some other Mums with similar aged children.

My 17 month old son Fraser loves Fidgety Feet-especially Colin the Crocodile!! It is a fun, lively class with lots of great songs. Sam is a great teacher and so good with the little ones. I would recommend this activity to anyone. Come along and have some fun!!

Wedding Dances

We wanted something special for our first dance, especially with a groom who had never danced. Sam was very patient and supportive of our efforts, she choreographed a routine for us which stunned and amazed our guests on the night. We would strongly recommend this rather than the usual shuffle around the dance floor. Many thanks Sam for all your help.

The dance lessons that we had with Sam and Paul were the most enjoyable thing we have done together for years. It was such a laugh, not taking it too seriously but the last few weeks it all came together. It was fantastic to see the 'WOW' factor on the faces of family and friends and to top it all off they all enjoyed Sam teaching the line dance from Saturday Night Fever so everyone was included. We thoroughly recommend Sam for any occasion if you're looking for something that's a bit different for a party.

Hi Sam,
We just wanted to send you a quick note to say thanks for the lessons and to let you know how it went.
It wasn't quite as smooth as we'd hoped, partly because Jennifer's dress was massive and a bit tricky to dance round! But partly because the DJ started the music before we were even in the room! We hadn't realised because of the noise of everyone cheering and clapping, until we were at the edge of the dancefloor and realised it was half way through the first verse!
But because of how well you'd taught us we managed to bluff it a little until it got to the start of the chorus then we picked up where we were supposed to be. We haven't seen any footage yet but everyone said it was excellent and we felt we managed to get back on track pretty well after a panicky start. We both enjoyed it too, and the dress survived!
Quite a few female guests commented that they wished their partners would do something similar, so Michael may not be very popular with some of the men!
So thank you so much for teaching us so well and making the lessons really fun and enjoyable.

Getting dance lessons with Sam was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Everyone was really impressed that we'd put so much effort into it and it made our first dance so much more memorable! Sam worked really hard with us on the presentation and technique so it wasn't just all about the steps. She's a great teacher and choreographer and having Paul there to give the 'man-friendly' view helped Martin get to grips with his steps!! Lessons were fun, relaxed and thoroughly enjoyable. We enjoyed it so much we're going to continue to take classes - Strictly Come Dancing here we come!!

Having always regretted not having learnt to ballroom dance when we were younger we were given the incentive when our daughter decided on a traditional waltz for her wedding last year. The Bride and Groom to be were so impressed by our progress and enthusiasm under Sam's brilliant tuition that they travelled through from Edinburgh to join in! We then progressed to social foxtrot before a cruise holiday and who knows what we'll tackle next? Can't recommend Sam's teaching highly enough and looking forward to joining regular classes. If she can teach us, she can teach anyone and besides it's great fun!!

Thank you sam, so very very much, for taking absolute beginners like us from being nervous cowering wrecks to being confident and proud dancers in such a short time, you taught us so well and you made everything seem so easy. All our guests were amazed at our dances, your patience and dedication with us was second to none, thanks again. We only wished that the band who played our songs hadn’t cut our finale short from our first dance as that threw away our special ending to the dance that we had worked so hard to perfect then our timing was also messed up for the start of our second dance that we were looking so forward to performing, we managed to improvise for a while until we caught back up with the song again, we hope that nobody noticed too much went wrong. I hope we didn’t panic too much when we made the small mistakes and we tried so hard to keep smiling through the nerves. Even though we kept the dance lessons a secret from all our guests, everybody asked where and who taught us, we recommended debut dance to everybody who asked us as the service that you provide is so professional and friendly. It was definitely so much fun to work with you, we will try to come back to some of your other classes after our feet have hit the ground after our big day.
